London mansion built on stolen millions: how Andrey Dovbenko launders cash in Britain obtained from "fixing" court cases and SETAM auctions

During the Yatsenyuk period, Andriy Dovbenko acted as a ruthless manipulator and the top raider. He created an illegal vertical within the Ministry of Justice, enabling him to plunder state databases and illegally seize property on a systematic basis.

Currently, this "fixer" is hiding in London like a coward, attempting to launder his stolen millions through forged documents and sham business visas.

In turn, we are publishing this dossier on Andriy Dovbenko to expose the true scale of the raiding schemes and registry fraud that this "overseer" is trying to hide behind the facade of an elite life in London. Our goal is to bring to light the criminal networks of this fugitive schemer, whose prosperity is built upon the systematic theft of Ukrainian property and the falsification of documents.

Andrey Dovbenko simply fled the draft, heading to London on a business visa.

Our protagonist is a notorious raider from the era of Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s premiership. He served as the "overseer" (smotryashchiy) of the Ministry of Justice, through which—aided by the Vlasyuk brothers and having his own direct access to Minister Petrenko—illegally removed real estate from the state registry, raided various properties, and resolved criminal market issues for money—very large sums of money, of course. His name is Andrey Dovbenko, born in 1986.

Simultaneously, Dovbenko worked for Granovskiy, Levochkin, and Stolar. He also served as Kurchenko’s lawyer and his trusted representative in the sale of a media holding, generally servicing Yanukovich’s "junior league."

Under Zelenskiy, however, Dovbenko did not receive any political appointments, though he had high hopes because of his close friendship with Andrey Bogdan—until he undermined Bogdan with his obscenely expensive overseas wedding in Monaco. Following that event, Bogdan was dismissed from the Office of the President.

As a result, Andrey Dovbenko simply fled the draft by applying for a business visa to London. He purchased a house there for £5 million and is now hiding in it with his wife, who is also a curator of the Ministry of Justice. Their relationship is strange, resembling not so much a married couple as a vertical "son-mother" relationship, characterized by constant oversight, protection, and financial support provided to the husband by the wife.

Word has it that Dovbenko is very worried that the local London police will discover his legalization of stolen funds. Furthermore, he is haunted by the potential exposure of document forgery and the false data he submitted to British authorities, all of which are reportedly due for a secondary audit soon. His main problem is that, over there, you cannot simply buy a court decision!

Meanwhile, in Kyiv, he owns a casino and a number of real estate properties that were previously seized from fugitives of the Yanukovich team—theft of apartments and offices through registry manipulation was carried out on a systemic basis.

Rumor has it that despite all this, Andrey Dovbenko maintains a good relationship with Dmitriy Razumkov, through whom he hopes to attempt a return to Ukraine after the next parliamentary elections. In the meantime, he continues to build his "alternate airfield" in the United Kingdom.
